Certified Great Place To Work since 2013, our approach to workplace well-being goes well beyond a simple label; our employees speak about it best: [https://www.glassdoor.fr/Avis/Meritis-Avis-E1163008.htm](https://www.glassdoor.fr/Avis/Meritis-Avis-E1163008.htm) #### Job description Within a team of 5 IT engineers, you will take on all aspects of the projects and developments entrusted to you: - understanding and gathering user requirements, - modeling and mockup creation of requests, - proposing a technical and human organization around the need (information flows, data pooling, …) - developing the solution using the tools provided to you and respecting the constraints specific to our structure, - putting the solution into production (data takeover, migrations, ….) and assisting users during this phase, You will work in an environment of **high technical level, particularly in Python** The areas of expertise and intervention will cover all of the group's business lines (**Asset Management and Real Estate**) as well as all cross-functional activities (**front office, middle office, reference data, internal control / risks,…**). #### Qualifications You hold a higher education degree (Bac + 5), have at least 4 years of experience, and have a thorough command of **Python development tools.** You like or already have experience in the finance industry.
