# Python Fullstack Lead ## Job Summary Join our team as an experienced **Python Fullstack Lead** to take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers while architecting robust backend services and integrating them with intuitive front-end components. You will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of solutions delivered on time. ## Responsibilities - **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - **Application Design & Development:** Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.js. - **Requirements Collaboration:** Work alongside Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into clear technical specifications. - **Backend Architecture:** Architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient integration with front-end components. - **AWS Deployment & Management:** Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation. - **Quality Assurance:** Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain code integrity and high performance. ## Qualifications - **Experience:** 6+ years of experience in full-stack development. - **Programming Languages & Frameworks:** Strong expertise in Python and Django (or Flask); proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - **Database Knowledge:** Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools. - **Cloud Expertise:** Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation. - **API & Architecture:** Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - **Version Control & CI/CD:** Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - **Leadership & Project Management:** Proven ability to lead a team and manage project timelines effectively. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries. - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - AWS or Python certifications are a plus. ##
