(Friday pm off); - Truly flexible working: remote, hybrid or in person, the choice is yours; - Up to 7 weeks vacation per year, sick days & personal days: your well-being is important to us. - Complete group insurance from day one; - A contribution to your RRSP - 400$ allowance towards the purchase of ergonomic equipment; **Life at the Studio** - Access to chair massages, fresh fruit and snacks, gym, sports activities, etc; - Regular presentations of projects and new developments: we keep our team up to date on all Frima developments; - Close-knit, caring and inclusive teams, even remotely! - Come and discover the rest for yourself! #### Job Description **What your weeks are going to look like** - Attend meetings with the partner team to gather and analyze relevant information regarding the assigned content in order to prepare test plans; - Define and maintain appropriate test plans in accordance with project specifications; - Coordinate and monitor the completion of test suites based on deliverables; - Create, maintain, and present dashboards showing KPIs related to product quality; - Regularly track the status of reported bugs and update test documentation; - Identify, collect, and analyze test data to prepare progress reports; - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the player experience; - Work to improve and optimize quality assurance practices on your project (tools, methods, etc.); - Engage and educate team members on the importance of product quality; - Influence the scope, direction, and testing methodology required for your project; - Support the quality assurance lead, as needed, in project management; - Participate in executing test suites, as needed. #### Qualifications **What we're looking for** - College diploma or combination of relevant studies (computer science, multimedia, web, video game, etc.); - Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the video game industry; - Experience working on a mobile game project (a significant asset); - Good knowledge of Jira; - Knowledge of data analysis tools; - Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
