What you´ll do Coordinate quality incident management (SCMS, CCMS, OoS), including investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation Own the Management of Change (MOC) process and ensure cross-functional execution Coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of audit findings and CAPAs Support deployment of global and regional quality initiatives Coordinate the Quality Walk Audit (QWA) program and continuous improvement actions Promote Quality Culture, Compliance and Quality Awareness across the site Support the Quality Manager in sharing quality KPIs trend within the organization departments
