Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Lancaster ,St Nics, 12-14 Perpignan Way, St Nicholas Arcades, Lancaster, LA1 1NE.

The working pattern for this role is Hours: 4 days per week, 7.5 hours per day (various shift patterns)

Working Days: Monday to Sunday rota

What you'll be doing

• Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
• Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
• Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
• Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant

• Friendly, caring and compassionate
• Organised; can multitask and work towards KPI’s
• Great at building relationships
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
• Confident at working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to diffuse challenging situations
• Able to learn about our services
