Recruiter

Company Overview:
- Holly Street Sales Co. is a field marketing and brand activation company based in Phoenix, U.S.A.
- We put independent sales teams at live consumer events across the country for national consumer brands.
- We are hiring a full-time remote recruiter to keep those teams staffed.

Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Own the front of the hiring funnel.
- Source sales candidates daily on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other channels.
- Run first-round phone and video screens.
- Book qualified candidates onto managers’ calendars.
- Keep the Google Sheets tracker clean.
- Fill 20 to 30 field sales roles a month plus field sales manager roles.

Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proven experience recruiting salespeople.
- Comfort with ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and Google Sheets.
- Reliable internet.
- Availability Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours at minimum, with US Central hours preferred.
- Experience hiring for field, retail, event, or door-to-door sales is a plus.

Role Details:
- This is a full-time, remote, independent contractor role.
- Record a 2 to 4 minute video in English telling us why you are a fit, how you interview a salesperson and what you listen for, how comfortable you are with ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and Google Sheets, and what time zone and hours you can work.
