About the Role
We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our recruitment network on a pure commission basis. You'll source, screen, and submit candidates for open positions across IT and non-IT roles. Your earnings depend entirely on your placements—ideal for those who want flexibility and uncapped income.
What You'll Do
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed), social media, referrals, and your network
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates until joining
Maintain candidate pipelines and update status regularly
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth hiring processes
What You Need
A laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
Prior recruitment or HR experience is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-disciplined, target-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation model
