We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential Treatment team!
If you're ready to take your nursing career in a new direction, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!
What Makes This Nursing Role Different?
Imagine a nursing position where you have the opportunity to really get to know the youth you're caring for.
You'll be more than just their nurse. You'll be someone they recognize, trust, and feel comfortable coming to when something isn't right.
You'll work alongside a team of professionals who are committed to helping youth grow, heal, and succeed while making sure their medical and emotional needs are being met.
No two days will look exactly the same, and the impact you make can last far beyond your shift!

As our Registered Nurse, you'll help oversee and coordinate healthcare services for youth in our Residential Treatment programs.
Here's what your day-to-day could look like:

Be someone they can count on! Build positive relationships with youth while assessing and responding to their healthcare needs.
-
Put your nursing skills to work! Provide medical assessments, triage concerns, and determine when additional medical attention is needed.
-
Keep care connected! Coordinate medical, psychiatric, and psychological appointments to ensure youth receive the services they need.
-
Make medication safety a priority! Oversee medication administration practices, storage, documentation, and proper disposal.
-
Help us continue improving! Review medication errors, identify concerns, and support quality improvement efforts.
-
Keep things organized! Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper healthcare documentation.
-
Be a trusted resource! Provide guidance and support to residential staff when medical questions or concerns come up.
-
Share your knowledge! Train staff in CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, and other important health and safety practices.
-
Lead with confidence! Provide supervision and oversight of the Health Services Department.
-
Help keep everyone safe! Identify and report medical, safety, and public health concerns while supporting appropriate policies and procedures.
-
Work together! Collaborate with physicians, mental health professionals, residential staff, and other members of the treatment team.
