4-Day Work Week | Work From Home | Inbound Leads | Weekly Pay | Uncapped Commission

We’re Wesley Financial Group. We help people who’ve been misled get out of their timeshares. We are looking for sales talent who wants to:

• Work only 4 days a week (hello, 3-day breaks!)
• Earn serious money (our top 10% earned $120K–$160K in 2025)
• Get paid weekly, commissions included
• Feel good about helping real people solve real problems
• Call people who asked for help (our marketing team delivers 3,000+ leads weekly)

What You’ll Do

• Call people who submitted a request for help with their timeshare
• Understand their situation through real conversation
• Pre-qualify them and set the appointment. That’s it.
• Track everything in Salesforce

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 2–3 years of proven sales experience (telesales preferred)
• Consistently hit or beat your targets
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable on a Mac and a CRM
