Overview

Turn your summer into real-world sales, marketing, and leadership experience.

Steinhafels is looking for motivated interns who want more than a typical summer internship. As a Summer Sales & Leadership Intern, you’ll become a fully trained member of our sales team, work directly with customers, and gain hands-on experience in professional sales while learning how different areas of the business work together.

Throughout the summer, you’ll work alongside Steinhafels sales and store leaders while gaining exposure to marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, customer service, human resources, accounting, and other areas of our organization.

This internship is designed for students interested in sales, marketing, business and management who want meaningful experience they can take back to the classroom and into their future careers.

What You'll Experience

Real-World Sales Experience: Work directly with customers, learn consultative selling techniques, build relationships, and develop skills in communication, negotiation, and closing.
Leadership Development: Learn from experienced managers, participate in professional development activities, and gain insight into leading and motivating a successful team.
Marketing & Business Exposure: See how marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, operations, HR, and other departments support the customer experience and overall business.
Competitive & Market Research: Get outside the four walls of Steinhafels to learn more about our industry, competitors, and the customer experience.
Career Exploration: Build connections across Steinhafels and explore potential career paths.

Earn While You Learn

This is a commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. During your first four pay periods of training, you'll also receive an additional $15/hour training bonus on top of your commissions.

You'll receive comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools and support needed to succeed.
