Description
- Organizes and coordinates all events held on the company's premises (conferences, training sessions, product launches, business meetings, congresses, etc.)
- Negotiates contracts with clients/beneficiaries
- Maintains client relationships before and after events
- Promotes and maintains the hotel's pricing policy
- Ensures effective online promotion of the hotel
- Higher education degree – preferably in the field of tourism
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning/organization
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Strong negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in sales
- Team spirit and collaborative attitude
- Communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented individual
