Your Role\:
- You are responsible for your assigned market within the Luxury Consortia segment and accountable for achieving the defined KPIs
- You actively acquire new clients and conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel tours that bring our property to life and create memorable experiences
- You plan and accompany familiarization trips (Fam Trips), client events, trade fairs, and roadshows, both domestically and internationally
- You prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations with a strong attention to detail and a professional, polished style
- You monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and derive concrete actions to support sales planning
- You work closely with Revenue Management, Events, and Operations to ensure that every confirmed booking translates into a seamless guest experience
