This role is critical in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring system reliability and performance. ## Responsibilities - Implement and manage **Salesforce DevOps processes**, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines. - Manage version control systems such as **GitHub**, **Bitbucket**, or **GitLab** for branching, merging, and release management. - Develop and maintain **custom scripts** for automation, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and stakeholders to deliver **scalable solutions**. - Monitor and troubleshoot **deployment issues**, ensuring system reliability and performance. - Ensure best practices for **release governance**, compliance, and security in Salesforce environments. ## Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with **Salesforce DevOps**. - Proficiency in **GitHub**, **Bitbucket**, or **GitLab**. - Expertise in **Custom Scripting** (e.g., Shell, Python, or equivalent). - Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science**, **Engineering**, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., **DevOps Center**, **Copado**, or equivalent) are a plus. ## Preferred Skills - Working knowledge of at least one Salesforce DevOps tool: **Copado**, **Autorabit**, **Gearset**, or **Flosum**. - Experience in **Agile methodologies** and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) for integration. ## Experience - Minimum of **4+ years** of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps. ## Environment - **Hybrid** work mode with opportunities for remote work across **PAN India**. ## Salary *Not specified* ## Growth Opportunities *Not specified* ## Benefits *Not specified*
