SAP C4C Functional Consultant with German - Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks

Support and development on SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) implementation and rollout projects. Ideally experienced with end-to-end C4C implementations, from requirements to go-live and hyper care.

Functional (SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud):

• Requirements workshops with business stakeholders, fit-gap analysis, scoping and fine-tuning, account & contact management, leads, opportunities, quotes, activities, service tickets, territory management, pricing, organizational structure, roles & authorizations, workflow and notification rules, reports & dashboards, data migration (Migration Workbench).

Integration & Extensions:

• Integration of C4C with SAP S/4HANA / ECC and SAP Commerce via SAP Integration Suite (CPI), OData, and SOAP/REST APIs; side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP (CAP, SAPUI5/Fiori).

Write functional and technical specifications, support testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and provide 2nd/3rd-level support.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience
• SAP C4C (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud): configuration, scoping, fine-tuning, adaptation
• C4C APIs: OData, SOAP/REST web services
• Integration with SAP backend systems (S/4HANA / ECC) via SAP Integration Suite / CPI
• Solid understanding of CRM processes (lead-to-cash, customer service)
• Strong communication skills for working directly with business stakeholders
• Architectural mindset

• SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Version 2
• SAP BTP: CAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Kyma
• SAP certification: SAP Certified Associate – Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Agile/Scrum, Jira, Git

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
