Scrum Master

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide development teams in the effective application of Agile/Scrum practices, removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
- Identify and remove blockers affecting team velocity.
- Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM certification preferred.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with distributed/remote Agile teams.

Technical Stack / Tools:
- Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management tools.
- Confluence.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows.

Location: Remote - Anywhere
