Rate: up to 155 pln/h net + VAT, B2B

Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (hybrid - 2/3 days in the office per week)

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices across both teams

• Support delivery planning, sprint execution, and progress tracking

• Ensure transparency, predictability, and high-quality delivery

• Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team performance

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners to maximize value delivery

• Support implementation and adoption of Ways of Working, tools, and Agile frameworks

• Collaborate with the Technology Product Lead (TPL), who also serves as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and oversees Hub operations and Run-the-Bank activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong experience working in Agile environments, preferably within SAFe

• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Experience supporting software development teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong coaching and servant leadership mindset

• Proven ability to drive results through team empowerment

• Team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master, SAFe, or other relevant Agile certifications

• Experience working within complex enterprise or banking environments

• Previous exposure to Pega- or Java-based development teams
