A true facilitator, you will help maximise team performance, smooth collaboration between the various players and promote the regular delivery of value in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. - Support one or more teams in applying the **Scrum, Kanban or SAFe** frameworks. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, etc. - Ensure adherence to Agile practices and promote their continuous improvement. - Identify and remove obstacles that may slow the team down. - Support Product Owners and teams in managing and prioritising backlogs. - Facilitate exchanges between business, technical teams and stakeholders. - Manage Agile metrics and track team performance. - Contribute to improving delivery processes and streamlining workflows. - Support change management and the growth of Agile maturity within teams. - Promote good practices in collaboration, communication and continuous improvement. - Take part in leading Agile communities and sharing lessons learned. #### Qualifications - Significant experience as a **Scrum Master**. - Strong command of **Agile Scrum** methodologies. - Knowledge of **Kanban** practices and flow management principles. - Experience in organisations operating under **SAFe** is a plus. - Ability to coach, facilitate and unite cross-functional teams. - Good understanding of software development environments and IT processes. - Experience in change management and Agile transformation. - Proficiency with Agile tools such as **Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence** or equivalent. - Excellent communication, listening and mediation skills. - Analytical mind, autonomy and ability to solve organisational problems. - An Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalent) is a plus. - Bac +5 (master's level) degree. - Fluent English. #### Additional information - Tailored career paths (career development, suitable training, mentoring…); - Choice of your assignment and personalised support throughout your career; - Work in an environment that encourages learning: certified training, e-learning, meetUps, coding competitions, career development paths etc; - Be part of expert communities that share their knowledge and experience within our competence centres; - A friendly environment with many social events (annual party, seminars & team building, lunches and afterworks…); _Your differences are our strengths.
