About the role

You'll support two product teams (~14 engineers) working in Scrum. We're looking for someone who helps them deliver more predictably, spots where work gets stuck, removes impediments together with the teams, and uses metrics to drive better decisions. You'll report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Manager.

What’s in it for you:

Impact - play a key role in scaling infrastructure that powers 20,000 merchants across 6 continents
Ownership - real technical autonomy; you will make architecture decisions, not just implement them
Growth - we invest in people who want to go deep, not just up; expand your skills, your product understanding, and your influence in a team that keeps the right people for the long term
Culture - a collaborative, no-nonsense team of 15 nationalities that values people who make their own decisions
Flexible - flexible hours (start between 8-10 AM) and async-friendly culture; we care about output, not hours online
Remote-first - We offer a hybrid work arrangement: 2–3 days a month in the office, and the rest remotely
Perks - competitive salary, health insurance, free sandwiches at the Kraków office, lunch card and a comprehensive benefits package
