As a Senior Analyst in the FSI Accounting Advisory team, you will support the delivery of accounting and financial reporting advisory projects for Financial Institutions. Working closely with experienced team members, you will contribute to the execution of client engagements, perform technical accounting analyses, and assist in developing high-quality deliverables. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in financial reporting, accounting regulations, and the financial services sector while working on a variety of challenging projects.
Key requirements include:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in FSI Accounting Advisory or FSI Audit with foundational knowledge of IFRS and/or Polish accounting regulations.
- Understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting standards, and an interest in developing expertise in financial instruments accounting and other complex accounting topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex datasets and accounting issues in a structured manner.
- Interest in the financial services sector, particularly banking, with a willingness to build industry knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams and build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Fluency in Polish and English, with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
