Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with aviation industry experience to join our team and help transform business change impacts into actionable requirements, supporting the successful adoption of a new loyalty platform.

The role requires relocation to the United Arab Emirates for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document business change requirements across Loyalty, Airport Check-in and Contact Center domains, in line with the target operating model
• Analyze current vs future state processes to identify operational gaps resulting from the migration off CRIS to the new third-party platform
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure business teams understand system and process changes affecting their roles
• Capture detailed user journeys to ensure alignment between business operations and the new platform
• Support UAT and SIT activities by validating that business workflows and operational scenarios are implemented correctly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are translated effectively into system design and functionality
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather, clarify and refine business requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with background in the aviation industry
• Experience working on Loyalty, Airport Check-in and Contact Center business domains
• Skills in process analysis, including current vs future state mapping and operational gap identification
• Expertise in capturing and documenting business requirements and user journeys
• Experience supporting UAT and SIT phases, including validation of business workflows
• Competency in stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technical teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Standard capability level
• Qualifications in an IT-related discipline (Bachelor's degree)
• Business analysis certification from a recognized body (e.g., IIBA CBAP)
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
