Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Information Technology procurement experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Core functional/technical skills required include: Operational excellence; systems thinking; multi-tasking & prioritization; relationship management; resource planning & optimization; attention to detail; troubleshooting
- Additional functional/technical skills required include: Data analysis; materials management; international importing & exporting; business insights; business partnership & consulting
- Knowledge of the processes for ordering, shipping and warehousing materials and reports any materials flow issue to management.
- Oracle ERP experience, preferred
- Customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight
- The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands
- Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times, and there may also be opportunities for limited domestic/international travel
- This role will be expected to work in an open-office environment with desk sharing/hoteling practices
- Travel between our Maryland Heights, MO and Edwardsville, IL locations is common.
Compensation/ Benefits
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $59,600-$74,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
