About the role

You will create the visual and motion solutions behind our campaigns, from static and animated visuals to video and photo productions. As a senior member of the creative team, you will take ownership of whole projects and campaigns, protect the creative vision and help our junior designers grow.

You will report to the Art Director.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of whole projects and campaigns, keeping the creative vision intact from start to finish.
• Design static and motion visuals, and video and photo productions, that elevate our clients' brands and support their campaigns and goals.
• Bring ideas to brainstorming sessions under the guidance of the Art Director.
• Adapt visuals based on client feedback.
• Guide and mentor the junior members of the design team with clear, helpful feedback.
• Keep to the schedule, and flag any risk early to the Art Director, the Creative Director, the account lead and production.
• Follow design trends and learn new tools.
• Use AI tools in your daily work and bring them into the team's workflows, guiding mid-level and junior designers in using them well.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, ideally within a creative, advertising or digital agency.
• Strong design skills across static and motion visuals, from social media content to full campaigns.
• The ability to take a project from concept to final delivery on your own.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Proven experience integrating AI tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly and Runway into team workflows and guiding others in using them well.
• A strong portfolio showing static and motion design work for brands and campaigns.
• Experience guiding and giving feedback to junior team members.
• Creativity, openness to feedback and attention to detail.
• Professional-level Greek and fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• 3D or advanced motion design skills.
• Experience on photo or video shoots.
• Experience presenting ideas to clients.
• Experience with Figma.
