Senior Director, Strategic Programs and Supply Chain Transformation (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Programs and Supply Chain Transformation, to help lead the global Advantest supply chain capacity expansion program, aligning customer demand and product portfolio priorities with scalable supply capacity while strengthening supply chain resilience and managing commercial risk.

Key responsibilites:

• Lead strategic program delivery: Partner with the SC capacity lead to translate capacity expansion objectives into an integrated roadmap, clear accountabilities and executive decision-making
• Align demand, customers and capacity: Bring together business units, Sales, and Operations to translate demand scenarios and customer commitments into capacity plans that balance growth, flexibility, and financial exposure
• Shape the product portfolio: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to guide portfolio priorities, simplify offerings and standardize configurations that support scalable supply
• Drive supply chain transformation and strengthen commercial resilience: Shape customer and supplier agreements, collaboration models, and investment arrangements that secure capacity while managing demand uncertainty and financial risk
• Build and lead cross-functional program teams: Develop program managers, align stakeholders across business units, and embed governance and ways of working that sustain measurable business outcomes
