Senior Draftsman
Description
Senior Draftsman — Olympus Outdoors
Olympus Outdoors is a luxury outdoor living design-build company serving residential clients in Southwest Missouri. We design and build covered patios, decks, sunrooms, outdoor kitchens, pools, hardscapes, and full backyard transformations.
We are looking for an experienced residential draftsman who can produce accurate 2D plans, detailed 3D models, and construction-ready drawing sets under the direction of our Design Department Lead, Shainna.

Create 2D plans, 3D models, renderings, and construction-ready drawing sets
Develop drawings for decks, covered structures, patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, sunrooms, and related exterior spaces
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, practical, and buildable
Complete revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback from the Design Department Lead
Review your own work for dimensions, constructability, completeness, and presentation quality before submission
Identify missing information and raise questions rather than making unsupported assumptions
Maintain organized project files, revision logs, and drawing documentation
Follow established design standards, templates, and workflows
Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly to the Design Department Lead
