Managing ESH by safeguarding the ESH Management System to sustainbly ensure & improve compliance with ESH-related requirements and to sustainbly improve the ESH performance and foster the ESH network and culture - in the defined Region and supporting other Regions and Head of ESH & SUST
- Lead and support regional ESH initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with ESH regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate audits, certifications, and management system activities (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX).
- Analyze ESH performance and implement improvement measures.
- Promote a strong safety culture and drive knowledge sharing across sites.
- Support and develop local ESH teams and stakeholders throughout the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in ESH/EHS, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of ESH regulations, standards, and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Experience in audits, risk assessments, compliance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
