The Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll become a key finance partner for a portfolio of EF businesses across different countries. You’ll combine hands-on accounting and financial analysis with stakeholder management, process improvement, and collaboration with our external BPO partner. No two entities are exactly alike, which means you’ll continuously learn about different markets, local requirements, and ways of doing business.

You will:

• Take ownership of financial processes across multiple entities and countries, working closely with colleagues throughout EF
• Own high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and drive the follow-up and resolution of open items
• Partner closely with our BPO provider, reviewing journals, reconciliations, schedules, and close deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Coordinate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities across Treasury, our BPO partner, and business stakeholders
• Work with cost center owners to understand financial performance, provide meaningful variance analysis, and turn numbers into clear explanations and actions
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and continuously improve financial processes through smarter use of technology
• Build knowledge across different countries, businesses, and financial environments while developing the skills needed to take on broader responsibility over time

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong finance foundation who is equally excited about what there is still to learn.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Bring 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, audit, shared services, or a similar environment
• Understand month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial controls
• Have experience working with ERP and finance systems
• Enjoy understanding why something happened, not simply reporting the number
• Are naturally curious and look for ways to make processes work better
• Take ownership and are comfortable following issues through to resolution
• Enjoy working with people from different countries, cultures, and functions
• Are fluent in English and speak at least one other language
• Have experience working in a matrix organization or shared service environment
• Want to build an international career and are open to stepping outside your comfort zone
