Senior Full Stack Engineer

You will own the full engineering lifecycle, from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance. You will help shape feature requirements, make architectural decisions, build full-stack applications, improve performance and reliability, resolve production issues, review code, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software engineering lifecycle from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to refine feature requirements.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes for reliable features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality, security, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Go, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL databases.
• Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for their use where beneficial.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership and production delivery.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, domain-driven design, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience managing development and operational aspects of software with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members in a senior role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
