Senior Fullstack Developer

Rate: 155 pln/h net + VAT, B2B

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia)

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong foundation in backend testing and digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess profound knowledge of JDK21+, Spring Boot, and practical experience in Agile methodologies. This role requires a collaborative individual capable of leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance development and testing processes, contributing to innovative digital banking solutions utilized across the Nordic region.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services for digital banking platforms.

• Driving backend testing activities within an Agile team, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in solution design.

• Supporting analysis efforts and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Utilizing AI-powered tools in daily development and testing processes.

• Contributing throughout the full product lifecycle, from design to operational support.

• Working within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver customer-centric banking services.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in JDK21+ and Spring Boot 3.5, with knowledge of JDK25+ and Spring Boot 4.x.

• Experience with Git, Maven, and OpenAPI (Swagger) for API design.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Jenkins.

• Expertise in unit and integration testing using Junit 5, AssertJ, WireMock.

• Solid understanding of SQL (JDBC, Spring Template, ORM via Hibernate).

• Experience using IDEs like JetBrains (IntelliJ IDEA) and Microsoft Visual Studio Code.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 2+ for frontend development.

• Ability to effectively use AI-assisted coding tools for development and testing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API testing frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin.

• Performance testing experience with JMeter.

• Familiarity with tools like qTest, Playwright, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• ISTQB Foundation certification.
