Summary: The core purpose of the Senior Functional Designer role is to enhance and automate the testing processes, particularly related to the integration and performance testing of FircoSoft within a banking environment.
Responsibilities:
Integrate FircoSoft and automate testing processes.
Conduct integration, performance, and stress testing for high transaction volumes.
Support end-to-end testing across the wider payment chain as the role evolves.
Identify issues and propose improvements in the testing processes.
Utilize vendor packages effectively within a complex banking framework.
Must Haves:
Experience with FircoSoft or similar AML/sanctions screening platforms (e.g., NICE Actimize).
Strong test automation experience, particularly in integration and performance testing.
Proven experience in a complex banking environment integrating/supporting vendor packages.
Deep understanding of payment flows and transaction processing.
Technical skills in Linux/Unix, databases/SQL, and integration flows.
Analytical mindset capable of identifying issues and proposing enhancements.
Nice to Haves:
Proficiency in French.
Interest in AI/Copilot technologies for improving testing.
