Senior IT Engineer

You will manage corporate IT, including accounts and access, laptops, and SaaS tools. You will automate IT processes, maintain documentation, apply security policies, support incidents and audits, and participate in IT on-call.

Responsibilities

• Administer SSO, the directory, and the password manager
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and regular access reviews
• Manage the Mac fleet, MDM policies, updates, and endpoint security
• Apply security baselines and access policies across tools and devices
• Administer SaaS tools and support new vendor onboarding
• Support security incidents by isolating devices, revoking access, and pulling logs
• Provide IT control evidence during audits
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and evidence collection
• Write and maintain IT procedure documentation
• Participate in IT on-call

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or IT security
• Hands-on administration experience with an enterprise identity provider, MDM, and endpoint security tools
• Strong macOS management experience, including configuration profiles, privacy preferences, and system extension policies
• Ability to write Python or Bash automation scripts
• Experience supporting a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar audit
• Knowledge of phishing and social-engineering risks for crypto companies
• Clear documentation-writing skills
• Comfort participating in an on-call rotation
