Then you are our new:_ **Senior Maintenance Technician - Breakdowns & Maintenance** **Welcome to our team** Within the Integrated Process Team (IPT) Inactivated Vaccines Pharmaceuticals, we produce inactivated vaccines and pharmaceutical products in accordance with strict GMP standards. Our cleanrooms are technologically advanced, and safety, quality and hygiene are always central. The Maintenance & Reliability team consists of breakdown and maintenance technicians, a senior technician, work planners and a maintenance support engineer. You report to the Maintenance & Reliability Lead and are the technical authority within the team. **About the role** As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you are the expert who fully understands, resolves and prevents technical problems. You work on machines and installations that run on a mix of: - mechanical processes - pneumatics & hydraulics - electrical engineering - control engineering & automation In addition, you play a key role in building our new factory in Boxmeer — from installation to commissioning. **Tasks and responsibilities include** - Technical point of contact for Technicians and Operators. - Carrying out in-depth breakdown analyses and solving complex problems. - Performing preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans. - Preparing root cause analyses and initiating improvement actions. - Developing training programs for Technicians. - Project participation as a knowledge carrier during factory construction and equipment installation. - Hands-on maintenance and participation in shift work & on-call duty. - Drafting and safeguarding work instructions and procedures. **Your profile** You work accurately and in a structured way, and feel responsible for a safe and clean production environment. You communicate well with Operators, Engineers and fellow technicians. **What you bring** - A completed technical education at least at HBO (university of applied sciences) level (mechatronics, electrical engineering, control engineering). - VCA (VOL) and/or NEN3140 — or be prepared to obtain these through us. - You can read technical documentation in Dutch and English. - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. - You are self-assured and think in solutions. **Shift work & on-call duty** Our production lines run 7 days a week. You work Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule: - 1× early shift - 1× late shift - 3× day shift On average, you have weekend on-call duty once every 6 weeks.
