Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (graduate degree preferred)
- 5–8 years in operations, program or product management, strategy, or general management; healthcare, staffing, marketplaces, or multi-site services preferred
- 2–5 years leading people-leaders of early-career or high-volume teams
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial track record: built, launched, or scaled a program, product, or business line with P&L accountability
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Gifted storyteller, strong writer and presentation builder. Runs effective meetings with field and executive audiences
- Business-model and P&L literacy; highly proficient, documented skills in Excel; fluent consumer of BI reporting (Power BI) with light build ability
- Fluency with AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and presentation work
