Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead – AI-Driven Development
We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead to contribute to the development and optimization of a scalable business platform.
The role combines hands-on .NET development, technical leadership, and AI-driven engineering. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, ensuring code quality, conducting code reviews, coaching developers, and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
The team embraces an AI-native approach, leveraging tools such as Claude Code, GitHub and AI agents to generate, test, and refactor code while maintaining high standards of architecture, security, and quality.
Key Skills:
Strong expertise in .NET and Azure.
Experience with Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, RabbitMQ, and MassTransit.
Familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Marten, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
Ability to lead technical discussions, review code, and mentor developers.
Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
