Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager based in the United States.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Paid Marketing Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-impact paid acquisition program within a growing B2B SaaS environment. You will take ownership of existing paid media activities while expanding into new channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Search, and YouTube. With significant advertising budgets, strong creative resources, and cross-functional support, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy and drive measurable business growth. The role combines analytical expertise, creative thinking, and continuous experimentation to generate qualified pipeline and strengthen brand awareness. You will also leverage AI, automation, and innovative workflows to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to build a scalable marketing engine, influence strategic investment decisions, and make a meaningful contribution to the company's next stage of growth.

Accountabilities

  • Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media activities across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Search, while identifying opportunities to expand into YouTube, display, and other relevant channels.

  • Manage advertising budgets and investment: Allocate substantial paid media budgets, prioritize audiences and channels, evaluate campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve return on investment and qualified pipeline generation.

  • Lead creative strategy and experimentation: Develop campaign concepts, write compelling advertising copy, brief creative teams, and collaborate on landing-page optimization. Establish a structured testing approach across audiences, messaging, creative assets, offers, and conversion paths.

  • Leverage AI and automation: Develop and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation to improve campaign research, creative development, performance analysis, and campaign operations. Test emerging tools and transform successful experiments into repeatable processes.

  • Own performance measurement and reporting: Establish relevant KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate reach, conversions, pipeline contribution, and campaign efficiency. Partner with Revenue Operations to improve attribution, assess incrementality, and translate performance data into actionable investment recommendations.

  • Optimize the full buyer journey: Collaborate with Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, and Account-Based Marketing teams to understand customer needs, improve audience targeting, and align paid campaigns with the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to qualified opportunities.

  • Establish a scalable paid marketing framework: Take ownership of existing campaigns, identify growth opportunities, build a consistent experimentation cadence, and develop processes that support sustainable acquisition growth.

  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Design, Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that balance short-term performance with long-term brand development.

  • Requirements:

    • Extensive paid media expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, particularly within a sales-led B2B SaaS environment.

    • Proven campaign-building experience: A track record of independently developing, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition programs that generate qualified leads and contribute directly to sales pipeline and business growth.

    • Strong technical platform knowledge: Deep understanding of advertising platforms, campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.

    • Hands-on execution mindset: Comfortable managing campaigns directly, developing advertising concepts, analyzing results, and troubleshooting performance issues without relying on agencies for core execution.

    • Creative and analytical capabilities: Ability to combine data-driven decision-making with strong creative judgment, developing advertising that attracts the right audiences while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand experience.

    • AI and automation proficiency: Practical experience using AI tools, agents, or automation to improve marketing productivity, campaign execution, research, creative iteration, and reporting. Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and workflows.

    • Measurement and attribution expertise: Experience working with CRM data, campaign reporting, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks. Ability to assess pipeline contribution, understand attribution limitations, and make informed budget allocation decisions.

    • Strong budget management skills: Experience managing significant advertising investments, evaluating channel performance, and reallocating resources based on measurable business outcomes.

    • Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Design, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.

    • Adaptability and ownership: A proactive, independent, and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to challenge existing assumptions, test new strategies, and take responsibility for outcomes.

    • Additional experience considered an advantage: Familiarity with YouTube advertising, display, programmatic campaigns, HubSpot, and measurement platforms such as Dreamdata. Experience across every channel is not required, provided you demonstrate the ability to expand your expertise.

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation: Target on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $145,000 to $200,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

      • Equity opportunities: Stock options with an extended 10-year exercise window, offering greater flexibility when making long-term financial decisions.

      • Remote flexibility: Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

      • Unlimited paid time off: Flexible vacation policy, with approximately four weeks of annual leave recommended.

      • Family support: Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave for eligible US employees.

      • Comprehensive healthcare: Premium health insurance coverage for employees and their dependents, with all premiums covered by the employer.

      • Retirement benefits: Access to a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

      • Professional development: A $100 monthly education budget, with additional support available for conferences and other learning opportunities subject to manager approval.

      • Equipment and workspace allowance: Generous budget for equipment, software, and office furniture to create a comfortable and productive working environment.

      • Collaborative environment: Work alongside a talented, ambitious, and supportive team that values ownership, thoughtful communication, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact.

      • Professional autonomy: Access to substantial advertising budgets, specialist creative and technical support, and the freedom to experiment with AI-driven tools and innovative marketing strategies.
