Senior Paid Media Manager (Individual Contributor), Global Digital Advertising

Team: Growth / Demand Generation

Location: Remote / FL

Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor

Company overview

is a fully-agentic, human-led security operations platform built-for-scale Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider. We are a force multiplier for defenders, helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture through advanced threat detection, rapid response, and continuous protection. Our team is composed of industry experts with deep experience in cybersecurity, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Backed by leading investors, we are rapidly growing and seeking top talent to join our mission of revolutionizing the AI-native MDR landscape.

We're a fast-growing startup backed by industry experts and top-tier investors led by Crosspoint Capital Partners and also backed by Shield Capital, DTCP (formerly Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners), Deepwork Capital, and the Florida Opportunity Fund. Our seed round was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). As an early employee, you'll play a meaningful role in defining and building our culture. Get in on the ground floor. We're a small but well-funded team that just raised a substantial round. Joining now comes with limited risk and unlimited upside.

About the role

We're hiring a hands-on senior growth hacker to find, test, and scale the fastest paths from target account to pipeline. You'll run experiments across paid, web, outbound, community, and partner channels, then double down on what converts and kill what doesn't. This is a builder-operator role for someone who thinks in hypotheses, and lives in the data. You will track how efficiently we turn spend, content, and signal into Sales-accepted pipelines across regions.

What you'll do

  • Run a weekly growth experimentation program across channels, offers, audiences, creative, and landing pages. Every test gets a hypothesis, a success metric, kill criteria, and a written readout.

  • Treat paid media as a growth lever: LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Meta, AdRoll, and programmatic, with budget shifted weekly toward what produces pipeline.

  • Build ABM and intent-driven plays that combine first-party data, Apollo and AdRoll intent, and website visitor signals to reach in-market accounts first, down to the region, city, and account level.

  • Own conversion across our web presense: landing pages, forms, offers, and the path from first touch to a booked meeting. Run CRO and A/B tests continuously.

  • Build automated growth loops: enrichment, scoring, routing, and triggered outreach that hand BDRs warm accounts with context.

  • Grow owned and community distribution through the TenexSignal newsletter, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, and partner channels across the Google and Microsoft ecosystems.

  • Write and test copy for ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences aimed at CISOs and SOC leaders.

  • Own measurement: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM governance, and attribution feeding the CRM. Report in pipeline and revenue, not clicks.

  • Partner with Marketing Operations, BDR, Product Marketing, and Sales on targeting, handoff, and the definition of a qualified lead.

What success looks like

  • A live experiment backlog with documented hypotheses, results, and decisions.

  • Experimenting with channels, finding growth loops and scale

  • Cost per qualified opportunity trending down quarter over quarter.

  • Conversion tracking

  • Consistent contribution to pipe creation; ICP accounts with a confirmed problem and a next step accepted by Sales.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally at a SaaS or security startup, with shipped experiments you can walk through and defend.

  • Hands-on command of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, AdRoll, Meta, and Reddit, and the judgment to treat each as a channel to test, not a budget to spend.

  • Strong analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker or Tableau, and advanced Sheets or SQL. You pull and interpret your own data and know signal from noise.

  • Conversion optimization experience across landing pages and full-funnel journeys.

  • Practical automation skills. You can wire the CRM, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, or similar tools together and debug the data yourself.

  • AI-native work habits. You use AI tools daily to research, build, write, and analyze, and you keep testing new ones.

  • Persuasive copywriting for executive and technical audiences.

  • Bias to action. You'd rather ship a good test this week than a perfect plan next quarter.

  • Clear communication. You turn results into a decision a leader can act on.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to security, DevOps, or infrastructure buyers.

  • Familiarity with SOC workflows, MDR, or the Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel ecosystems.

  • Scripting ability (Python, SQL, or JavaScript) for data pulls and lightweight tooling.

  • Experience with community-led and dark-funnel growth motions.

  • Experience running campaigns across multiple regions, languages, and time zones.

To apply

With your application, include one paragraph on the best growth experiment you personally shipped: the hypothesis, the result, and what you changed because of it.
