Senior Payroll Analyst – France & European Scope

Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong expertise in French payroll and a passion for accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement?

We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join an international environment and play a key role in:

Managing and overseeing French payroll
Reviewing, validating, and auditing outsourced payroll calculations
Partnering with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers
Supporting European payroll activities
Contributing to payroll transitions and transformation projects
Ensuring compliance with French payroll legislation

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of French payroll experience
Experience in an outsourced/international payroll environment
Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation & collective agreements
Fluent in French & English
Experience with Workday
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
