Senior Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design of product interfaces and chat experiences. You will improve existing experiences, shape new ones, design landing pages, and translate AI capabilities into clear use cases. You will use product, user, and competitor research to guide decisions, then partner with cross-functional colleagues from exploration and prototyping through release.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across product interfaces and chat
• Design landing pages and communicate compelling AI use cases
• Shape user journeys in the app and through chatbot messages
• Ground design decisions in product data, user research, and competitor research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from exploration and prototyping through release

Requirements

• Experience leading design for a large-scale B2C product with shipped work and measurable metric impact
• A portfolio covering product interfaces and landing pages
• Experience working with product, engineering, and analytics
• Ability to independently own design, set direction, and drive work end-to-end
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools
• Practical use of AI in the design workflow
