The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy for a key Giving product portfolio during a focused 14-month assignment. This role offers the opportunity to shape how churches and ministries understand, adopt, and benefit from digital giving solutions. Working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will turn complex product capabilities and market insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. You will drive coordinated campaigns, strengthen competitive differentiation, and equip customer-facing teams to communicate product value effectively. The position calls for a proactive, creative marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and uses modern AI tools to work efficiently. Your contributions will help increase customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion while supporting organizations that strengthen their communities.

Accountabilities

  • Lead product launches and strategic go-to-market initiatives from positioning and audience definition through activation, enablement, adoption, and performance measurement.

  • Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and narratives informed by customer research, market trends, and competitive insights.

  • Translate individual product features and releases into broader customer-value stories that reinforce the overall Giving platform proposition.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Segment Marketing, and Creative teams to coordinate campaigns across demand generation, in-product experiences, email, social media, and content channels.

  • Partner with GTM Enablement to equip Sales and Customer Success teams with messaging frameworks, talk tracks, demonstrations, and competitive guidance.

  • Own competitive intelligence activities, including ongoing market research, win/loss analysis, and the development and maintenance of sales battle cards.

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to develop targeted competitive, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns.

  • Lead product marketing support for broader initiatives, including major events, product partnerships, integrations, and adoption campaigns.

  • Establish success metrics for assigned initiatives and use performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve go-to-market execution.

  • Apply AI and modern marketing tools to accelerate research, content development, and execution while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS marketing role.

    • Demonstrated ownership of product marketing for a product, solution, or portfolio, including go-to-market strategy and launches for complex software products.

    • A track record of delivering measurable impact on product adoption, pipeline generation, or revenue.

    • Experience in payments, fintech, commerce, fundraising, or transaction-based SaaS is strongly preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

    • Strong expertise in product marketing disciplines, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.

    • Ability to translate complex financial technology capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits.

    • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer and market insights into actionable strategies.

    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, internal teams, and customers.

    • Proven cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage changing priorities.

    • Practical experience using AI tools and modern marketing technology to improve research, insight synthesis, and content development without compromising quality.

    • Genuine interest in supporting churches and ministries and helping them strengthen generosity, community, and connection.

    • Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods, with occasional physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, or lifting up to 50 pounds as required.

    • Benefits:

      • Annual compensation: $116,462–$134,578, depending on work location, skills, experience, education, and training.

      • Full-time temporary position with an anticipated 14-month contract term.
