Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations

Run department-level projects across several organizations at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. You will own the plan, budget, schedule and stakeholders end to end.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute and close projects; manage timelines, budgets and resources.
• Maintain master schedules; anticipate slips and present options to leadership.
• Lead the change controls and new product introduction (NPI) activities tied to the projects.
• Run cross-functional meetings and status reporting.

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years of project management (or Master's + 4, or PhD + 2), in pharma/biotech.
• Change control and NPI experience (required).
• Ariba, SAP, TrackWise, MS Project/Excel.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

• Contract: 6 months, with possible extension
• Shift: Administrative, Monday–Friday
