# Senior Python Developer ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Senior Python Developer** to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions, particularly focusing on AI/ML engineering and Legal Master Language Models (LLMs). This role requires a strong command of Python, expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a critical role in building scalable, robust applications that contribute directly to our technological goals and innovation roadmap. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for AI/ML applications. - Lead the implementation and optimization of Legal Master Language Models (LLMs). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver robust solutions. - Ensure code quality, organization, and automation of tasks. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. ## Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development. - Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, training, and deployment. - In-depth knowledge of Legal Master Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world scenarios. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, version control (Git), and testing methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying machine learning solutions. - Experience in developing AI solutions for legal technology or related domains. - Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. - Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools. ## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Python development, AI/ML engineering, and working with Legal Master Language Models or similar advanced language models. ## Environment - Contractual position. - Work location not specified; flexibility for remote or hybrid arrangements may be discussed. - Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative development environment. - Immediate start date with a project deadline of May 20, 2025.
