We are looking for an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant who is passionate about helping organizations optimize their financial and controlling processes through innovative SAP solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with international clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary SAP teams to deliver impactful finance transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA implementations, business process optimization, and digital innovation projects.

💼What you bring:
- You have 5–10 years of hands-on SAP CO consulting experience
- Strong expertise in SAP CO configuration and business process design
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation project
- Practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
- Knowledge of integration points with FI; MM; SD; PP
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting mindset
- Willingness to work in an international and dynamic project environment
- Native-level Polish language skills are mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, German is an asset
- Based in Poland and have the rightful authorization to work in Poland
Nice to have:
- SAP certification in CO, Finance, or S/4HANA
- Experience in regional or global template rollouts
