- Develop and maintain internal software products and capabilities to drive awareness and resolution of vulnerabilities at scale within Roblox
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate security vulnerabilities through tools and services
- Design and build automated systems to highlight security issues to owners and make vulnerability remediation a first-class user experience
- Develop tools and features that help make vulnerability remediation understandable and easy across Roblox’s entire tech stack and organization
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in developing secure software and products, incorporating vulnerability management methodologies
- Experience solving operational problems with software-based solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in software engineering, ideally with a focus on security
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C#
- A track record of delivering features and learning new technologies
- An outstanding communicator who effectively conveys complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
