We are building the Reha OS, an operating system for rehabilitation that allows clinics to modernize their infrastructure step by step. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our successful product into a comprehensive platform, directly impacting healthcare workflows., Discover and deliver new modules and features end to end, together with product managers, UX designers and other senior engineers. Design, develop, deploy and operate frontend and backend applications (React/Next.js, Python). Build on our shared platform (patient and case data, permissions, configuration) and extend it where your work needs it. Integrate AI features, from LLM-based assistance to automation, with a high bar for quality and safety. Take part in architecture decisions and document them as architecture decision records. Mentor colleagues and help shape our engineering culture as the team grows., Proven track record of building and operating production web applications across the stack, with senior-level experience in a Python backend framework (Django REST Framework, FastAPI or Flask) and in React/Next.js.
