Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

• To develop software that’s not just code, but a catalyst for positive change in healthcare
• Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions
• Partner, as a peer, with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout Aledade to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
• Mentor and coach more junior engineers including thorough pull request reviews for other developers and be receptive to critical feedback on your own work

• 4+ years experience as an engineer building complex frontend (UI/UX) focused applications as part of a cross-functional team
• 4+ years experience as an engineer as part of a cross-functional team
• 4+ years of experience working with CSS/HTML/Javascript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember)
• 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
• 2+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value
• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Experience building integration apps with health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs)
• Expertise in at least 1 server-side web technology (eg: Nodejs, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++,Go, JVM). Python preferred
• Experience with any web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask etc)
• Deep understanding of the DOM and how the browser works
• Experience in building chromium based apps, pluggable UIs (overlays) which work via chrome plugins / chromium apps in browsers / windows desktop
• Experience with API design and development
• Experience with cloud based technologies such as AWS, Azure or google cloud
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
