As our new Senior Solution Consultant, you will help customers design, implement, and optimize Quest Change Auditor solutions across identity, infrastructure, and security environments. You will combine technical consulting, solution architecture, troubleshooting, and customer engagement expertise to deliver secure and scalable auditing solutions for enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Quest Change Auditor architectures aligned with customer requirements
- Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain Change Auditor components, databases, and integrations
- Deliver auditing solutions across Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Exchange, file servers, SQL Server, and related environments
- Lead health checks, migrations, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Facilitate proof-of-concept engagements, technical workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Support pre-sales activities including discovery, solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical documentation
