Senior Tax Compliance Manager

Your key responsibilities

As Senior Tax Compliance Manager, you will:

• Provide hands-on tax support across a broad range of areas, with a focus on corporate tax and its interaction with hydrocarbon tax.
• Take ownership of corporate tax calculations for tax returns and tax reporting in the annual report.
• Drive ongoing compliance related to Pillar Two, country-by-country reporting and other recurring data submissions.
• Act as a regular point of contact with the Danish tax authorities.
• Handle authority queries and make decisions within the direction set by the Head of Tax.
• Monitor Danish tax legislation and assess the implications of regulatory developments for the company.
• Advise the business on the tax implications of projects and ad hoc matters.
• Connect the business with Finance, Tax and our headquarters in Paris.
• Cooperate with Finance and other teams to support tax compliance across the organisation.

Total Rewards Package:

As part of our commitment to fair and transparent remuneration practices, the base salary range for this position is DKK 669.750 - 893.000 annually, reflecting the expected level and scope of the role.

The final salary offer will be determined based on objective criteria such as qualifications, relevant experience, competencies, role scope, responsibilities, organizational needs, and market alignment.
