Senior Technical Analyst

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Analysis or a comparable role.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, user stories or similar structured documentation.
• Experience working with business applications and within a software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• An organized, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

Ideally, you are also meeting following hiring criteria:

• Experience with Fenergo or FenX.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and Client Due Diligence processes.
• Experience within financial services, corporate services, fund administration or another regulated environment.
• Experience with workflow, case-management or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of funds, investors and ownership or investment structures.
• Experience supporting UAT and post-go-live activities.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows or SQL.
