Senior Technical Portfolio Manager

You will establish integrated program-management standards and oversee portfolios spanning hardware, software, enterprise applications, and business solutions. You will lead complex initiatives from business case through delivery, manage risks and dependencies, guide product launches and sustainment, and present recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program-management standards, governance, stage gates, templates, and operating cadence
• Oversee portfolio scope, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and dependencies
• Lead complex companywide initiatives from business case through delivery
• Present portfolio status, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to executives
• Guide programs through product introduction, production ramp, deployment, and sustainment
• Govern engineering changes across the installed base
• Connect product development with PLM, ERP, MES, warranty, and field-service systems
• Coach program managers and use AI tools to improve planning and risk management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline
• At least 8 years of technical program and product management experience
• At least 3 years leading multi-program portfolios of integrated hardware and software products
• Experience taking a complex technical product from concept through launch and field sustainment
• Knowledge of manufacturing, suppliers, reliability, deployment, field service, support, and warranty economics
• Experience improving execution through other program managers
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives
• Program-management practice standardization experience
• Business-case, budget, and cost-model knowledge
• AI tool experience for program management
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 15%
