Service Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Service Representative to join our car repair shop.

The working language is Finnish. Knowledge of Russian and English is considered an advantage.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to manage information efficiently, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in customer service within the automotive service industry is highly valued. Alternatively, a technical understanding of cars and vehicle maintenance is considered a strong asset.

In this role, you will ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers at the service location, assisting them by phone and through digital channels, scheduling maintenance and repair appointments, documenting required service work and additional repairs for mechanics, keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle, explaining completed repairs and invoice details, and processing payments.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
