# Service Now Developer ## Job Summary As a **Service Now Developer**, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and IT operations management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide technical expertise to deliver customized solutions that align with organizational goals. ## Responsibilities - Design and develop ServiceNow solutions tailored to the organization's requirements. - Implement enhancements and new features on the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications and modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Ensure the security and integrity of ServiceNow applications. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) or other modules. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrations. ## Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. - Experience in IT service management and operations management is essential. ## Environment - This is a full-time position.
